摘要
科研档案是电大整个档案工作的重要组成部分,是开展科学研究的必要条件。目前,电大的科研档案工作的滞后,制约了电大科研工作总体水平。本文认为,必须增强电大科研人员及档案管理人员的档案意识,制定完善的科研档案管理制度,提高档案管理人员素质,不断提高科研档案管理水平,以便更好地服务于电大科研工作。
Scientific research files are an important part of TV universities＇ file management, and is essential to the scientific research. The delay of the scientific file work restricts the overall level of TV universities＇ scientific research work. The author holds that, to serve the TV universities＇ scientific work, the file consciousness of the researchers and documents management personnel should be strengthened, perfect management system of scientific research files should be constructed, the quality of file management personnel should be improved, and the level of scientific research management should be consistantly raised.
