摘要
目的观察乌拉地尔治疗高血压并急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法30例高血压并急性左心衰患者,在吸氧、利尿、强心等基本治疗措施外,同时使用乌拉地尔静脉注射和(或)静脉滴注,并观察血压及心衰控制情况。结果30例患者血压均得到有效控制,急性左心衰症状改善,未见有严重不良反应。结论乌拉地尔治疗高血压并急性左心衰疗效显著,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective Urapidil are one kind new expand the blood vessel and the blood pressure medicine, domestic and foreign at present mainly use in the hypertension treatment and the surgery anaesthesia blood pressure control. Methods My courtyard started in 2006, to use in to treat the acute left heart failure with hypertension, received the good effect. The author presently applies 30 examples acute left hearts failure with hypertension patient urapidil curative effect observation analysis. Rsults Static drop urapidil treat the acute left heart failure with hypertension clinical curative effect remarkable. Conclusions The side effect are few, is one kind of security effective expands the blood vessel medicine.
