摘要
文化贫困从根本上说是产生贫因的主要根源,而贫困文化则是文化贫困的直接后果,是长期生活在贫困之中的乡民的文化习俗、思维定势和价值取向的积淀,是贫困者对贫困的一种适应和自我维护。走文化扶贫之路,即向他们输入新的文化、知识和价值观念,传授适用科技,并开拓交通,输入各方信息,从整体上提高贫困群体的素质。
＂Cuhure poverty＂ is the fundamental cause for poverty and direct lead to ＂impoverished culture＂ which is an inveterate integration of culture customs, thinking stereotype and value orientation to which impoverished people have adapted themselves. To improve the quality of poverty-stricken population as a whole, we need to input new culture, knowledge, and value concept; impart them with science anti technologies; better transportation system.
