摘要
坐底式钻井平台具有构造比较简单,投资较少,建造周期较短等优点,特别适合在水深浅,海床平坦的浅海区域进行油气勘探开发作业。该文着重介绍了国内自行设计建造的"中油海3"号坐底式钻井平台的技术特点和关键技术。
Submersible drilling platform has the advantages of simple structure, low investment cost and short construction period, which is especially suitable for oil and gas exploration in the shallow water with fiat sea-bed. This paper introduces the technical features and key technologies of Zhong You Hai 3 submersible drilling platform, which is designed and constructed independently in China.
