摘要
高校教师的心理健康问题已日益突出,而目前针对这一问题的研究还欠深入。为此,在引入高校教师心理健康标准的基础上,分析了高校教师心理健康问题的表现。重点从高校中面临压力最多、最易受心理健康问题困扰的青年教师出发,讨论了其心理健康问题的成因,并提出了维护策略。最后,给出了针对高校教师的心理健康维护方法。
At present, the college teacher's mental health has become an increasingly outstanding problem, but the current study on this issue is superficial. Hence, based on the introduction of the standards for college teacher's mental health, this paper analyzes the college teacher's mental problems. Focusing on the young teachers who are faced with more pressures in college and are more easily attacked by the mental problems, the paper gives the causes for their mental problems and the countermeasures. Finally, the paper presents the methods for maintaining college teacher's mental health.
