摘要
技术性侦查的本质是一种以物证技术为基础并以证据为中心的侦查方式。技术性侦查的实施需要在将科学与技术进行联用的同时在侦查职业团体当中建立相应的理念。为将技术性侦查从单纯的技术方法上升为一种理念并最终形成一种制度,有必要对其方法体系进行合理构建。
The essential of Technical Crime Investigation （TCI） is the method of crime investigation based on material evidence technology and concentrated on evidence. The implement of TCI calls for the combination and usage of technology and science; meanwhile it needs constructing the relevant idea by the professional investigative working groups. It seems necessary to construct the method system rationally so as to promote the TCI from a simple method to an idea and finally to be a kind of regime of crime investigation.
