摘要
历史文化遗产作为人类物质财富记录了一个民族、一个地区在某段历史时期的文化内涵。它对于今人研究历史、缅怀过去都有极其重要的作用。因此,它的保护就成为现今社会一项重要而又迫切的任务。保护不仅指不破坏,还要去修缮、维护、整治,并加以合理的利用,这就需要人们在正确树立历史发展观的同时必须创建一个良好的保障体系。
The historical cultural heritage has recorded a nationality, an area as the humanity material wealth in some phase of historical period cultural connotation. This paper studies the history regarding the people of our time, to cherish the memory with its onn role. Therefore, its protection becomes nowadays social item and he vital andurgent duty. The protection not only refers to be agaimst destroy, but to restore, the maintenance, the improvement, and performs the reasonable use. This needs the people while to set up the historical development concept to correctly found a good safeguard system.
