摘要
林业碳汇项目是合格清洁发展机制项目。江西是林业资源大省,具备良好的实施清洁发展机制林业碳汇项目的可行性和潜力。为促进江西省林业碳汇项目科学的开展,本文提出了江西省运行林业碳汇项目的基线和额外性、边界和泄漏、非持久性和不确定性、评价和交易成本等关键技术方法。
Forestry sequestration project is one of eligible clean development mechanism project. Jiangxi province has possibility and Potential of implementation clean development mechanism forestry sequestration project because of it＇ s affluent forestry resource. In order to promote science development of forestry sequestration project in Jiangxi, some of the key techniques and methods for implementation forestry sequestration project were put forward which include Baseline, additionality, boundary, leakage, impermanence, uncertainty, evaluation, trade costing, and so on.
