浮船坞实时配载实用计算方法研究

摘要 浮船坞通过调节压载水控制自身浮态从而保证正常工作状态是其使用过程中的关键问题.针对手动调载操作烦琐、效率低的缺点,建立2种浮船坞实时配载优化模型,并研究探讨了与模型相适应的计算方法,包括惩罚函数法、乘子法以及解非线性方程组法等.通过实例计算,一方面说明了本文方法的适用性和实用性;另一方面通过对模型及计算方法间的结果比较,说明了它们在实际应用中的差异及优缺点. Maintaining floating dock's floating condition by adjusting ballast water is an important problem during its application. Generally the ballast water is adjusted manually, which result in complicated operation and low efficiency. In this paper, two optimization models are established to solve the problem about real-time automatically adjustment of floating dock's ballast water. Several calculating methods corresponding to each model are discussed, including penalty function method, multiplier method and the method of solving a nonlinear equation group. Finally, an engineering example is given. On the one hand, the results testify our methods; on the other hand, through comparison between each model and its results, we can see their adaptability and characters clearly.
