摘要
本文合成新的3-(3’-吡啶甲酰胺基)硫羰基-2,4-戊二酮(2),研究了化合物(2)在碱催化条件下的环化行为,结果表明离析物为6-甲基-5-乙酰基-2-(3'-吡啶基)-4-硫酮-1,3-(4H)嗪(3).经元素分析、IR及1HNMR确认了(2)及(3)的结构.
A new 3-(3'-pyridyl-formoylamino)-thiocarbonyl-2, 4-dioxopentance (2) was synthesized and the behavior of cyclisation of compound (2) in the presence of KOH was studied.The result shows that the reactiun of compound(2) in an alkaline medium gave 5-acetyl-6-inethyl2- (3'-pyridyl)-4-thioxo-1, 3-(4H) oxazine (3). The structures uf compounds prepared were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and 1HNMR.
