摘要
研究了以SO/ZrO和SO/TiO两种固体超强酸为催化剂,由肌苷酰化合成四乙酰核糖的反应,并考察了不同反应条件对产物得率的影响,获得了该合成的最佳反应条件。
Preparation of 1, 2, 3, 5-tetraacetyl-β-D-ribofuranose from inosing under catalysis of solid superacids (SO/ZrO, SO/TiO ) was studied. The change of the reaction yield under different conditions was also studied, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained.
