摘要
偏好顺序结构评估法(PROMETHEE)能够改进传统层次分析法(AHP)的完全补偿性问题,即某项准则下的高评价值可弥补其他准则下的低评价值,为此,提出了基于AHP/PROMETHEE的配电网规划方案的综合决策。通过层次分析法对方案进行结构化分析,确定每个评价指标的权重,再通过偏好顺序结构评估法对候选方案进行排序,得到最终决策。该方法通过计算三种流量,能较真实客观地反映配电网规划方案。通过实例验证,证明了该方法的有效性与可行性。
Preference ranking organization methods for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE) can improve the problem of complete compensation in the model of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which is that high evaluation value of some criterions can make up the low values of other criterions. Based on AHP/ PROMETHEE the comprehensive decision-making of distribution network planning is proposed firstly. The proposed scheme is analyzed in structure to get the weights of each evaluation criterion and then the final decision-making is showed by ranking. By calculating three kinds of flow data, AHP/PROMETHEE can reflect the distribution network planning schemes objectively and factually. It is also proved validity and feasibility through a practical case.
