摘要
山西化肥厂是我国大型磷复肥生产设施之一，主要产品是硝酸磷肥，弥补了国内空白，满足农业生产需要。并采用了多项先进工艺技术，对促进我国化肥工业的发展有着重要的作用。文中扼要地介绍了主要生产工艺和试生产过程中发生的主要问题及其解决措施。磷肥生产过程中原料（磷矿、煤炭）的质量直接影响着整个生产过程中的各个环节和技术经济指标的优劣。这亦表明如何加强管理、抓好原料供应是稳定生产的重要环节。
