摘要
选择大粒甜、黑珍珠、黑金星三个黑加仑品种,吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸三种生长调节剂。研究不同种类的生长调节剂对不同品种的黑加仑硬枝扦插的影响。试验结果表明:不同生长调节剂处理对黑加仑硬枝插条生根能力和成活率影响从高到低的顺序是:500ppm吲哚丁酸、500ppm吲哚乙酸、500ppm萘乙酸;不同品种黑加仑硬枝扦插生根能力和成活率从高到低的顺序是:大粒甜、黑珍珠、黑金星。
Three varieties Black gallon which was Bona, Ben Lomon, Ben Nevis were selected , and three types of growth regulators which was IAA, IBA, NAA were selected in the experiment, in order to study the effect of different types of growth regulators on hardwood cuttings of different varieties of Black gallon. The results showed that the order which rooting ability and survival rate of hardwood cuttings of blackcurrant was impact on different treat- ments of growth regulator was 500ppm IBA, 500ppm IAA, 500ppm NAA from high to low; and the order of rooting ability and survival rate of hardwood cuttings of blackcurrant of Different varieties was Bona, Ben Lomon, Ben Nevis from high to low.
