摘要
对季戊四醇四巯基丙酸酯(PTM)的合成工艺进行了研究,讨论了反应方式、反应温度和反应介质、反应时间、吸水剂种类和用量等对季戊四醇羟甲基酯化率的影响。结果表明:合成PTM的最佳条件是反应温度为115℃,反应介质为甲苯,吸水剂为分子筛,w(分子筛)=30%(相对于反应总单体而言),反应方式是在甲苯回流分水反应2.5h后再用装有吸水剂的索氏提取器脱水2.5h;将PTM与少量环氧树脂(EP)进行扩链反应制取六元硫醇固化剂,该固化剂可在低温条件下快速固化EP,并且其某些性能已超过同类进口产品。
The synthesis process of pentaerythritol tetrakis (3-mercaptoacetate)(PTM) was investigated,and the influences of reaction mode, reaction temperature and medium, reaction time, types and contents of water absorbent were discussed on pentaerythritol hydroxymethyl esterifieation rate. The results showed that optimum synthesis conditions of PTM were determined when reaction temperature was 115 ℃,reaction medium was toluene,water absorbent was molecular sieves and mass fraction of molecular sieves was 30% in total monomers, reaction mode was 2.5 h dehydration by Soxhlet's apparatus with absorbent after 2.5 h toluene circumfluence reaction for removing water. The hexabasic mercaptan curing agent which was made by chain extended reaction between PFM and a few epoxy resin (EP) could cured fast in low temperature, and its certain performances exceeded already similar import products.
