摘要
以山西沁水ZH-130井为例,介绍了因钻压不稳定和地层倾角较大,吊打钻进仍不能保证井孔垂直度的情况下,应用螺杆钻具进行纠斜的过程。对保证井孔垂直度的施工工艺措施和定向、造斜的关键技术参数――反扭角、造斜率和纠斜段进尺进行了详细说明,给出计算公式和经验数据;对纠斜钻进中的钻压、扭矩、发电机降压、发电机流量、泥浆固相含量和钻头水眼压降进行了分析总结。
To take the ZH-130 well in Qinshui, Shanxi as an example, introduced to use screw drilling in deflection control procedure, in case of unstable drilling pressure and larger strata dip, hanging and ramming of drilling tools still cannot ensure wellbore verticality. Key orientation and deviation change technical parameters-untwist angle, rate of deviation change and deviation change section footage in construction technologies to ensure wellbore vertieality have explained in detail, given out formula of computation and summed up empirical data. Finally analyzed and summarized drilling pressure, moment, generator voltage dropping and current, mud solid phase content and bit nozzles pressure dropping during deflection control drilling.
