摘要
本文研究了从SIS中分离抗氧剂以及采用反相高效液相色谱法测定抗氧剂1010含量的实验方法。采用美国惠普公司生产的HP1050型高效液相色谱仪、V.W.D紫外检测器、Waters公司产Nova-PakC18柱,以乙腈/甲醇为流动相,外标法定量测定了SIS中抗氧剂含量。该法线性回归系数γ=0.9997,回收率为989%~101.2%,方法标准偏差为0.02%,该法是测定弹性体中抗氧剂含量的有效方法。
n this paper,the separation of antioxidant 1010 from SIS and the Quantitative determination have been studied.by high-performance liquid chromatography.The recommened conditions for the analysis were as follows:instrument,HP1050 Liquid chromatography;column,Nova-Pak C18(Waters),150mm×3.9mm I.D.;Detector,UV,λ=254nm;mobile phase,acetoritrile-methanol(50/50).The linear regresion coefficient is 0.9997.Percent recovery is from 98.9%to 101.2%.Standard daviation is 0.02%.This method is effective to determine the content of antioxidant in elastomer.
