摘要
土地股份合作制作为一种新的土地流转模式,重大突破在于实现了土地所有权、承包权和经营权的分离,解决了土地流转中存在的产权不明、流转规模有限、无法兼顾稳定与公平、分散与产业化经营的矛盾,满足了农业规模化经营的需求。但是还需要在实践中不断地完善和发展。
As one kind of new pattern, Land Stock cooperation system has had the great creation which resolves teh existence contradiction of unclear property, Land limited transition, stability and fairness, dispersed and industrial management, adaptes to the need of agriculture management of scale-rization＇s. In practice, it should be unceasingly perfect.
