摘要
基于企业生态系统理论,针对企业战略管理的生态性分析了企业内外环境的变化及企业战略管理应该做出的转变,提出了企业生态系统中的战略管理选择。
Based on corporate ecological system theory, and in the light of the ecological nature of corporate strategic management, this paper analyzes the changes of corporate internal and external environment and the transformation that the corporate strategic management should make, and puts forward the selection of the strategic management in corporate ecological system.
