摘要
位置敏感探测器较之其他光电探测器件有其特有的性能优势,而双面型位置敏感探测器是二维位置敏感探测器中线性度最高的,但却存在不便于加反偏电压的缺点。针对这一缺点,设计了一种反偏电路,利用运算放大器两输入端虚短的特性,成功地给双面型位置敏感探测器施加了反偏电压。同时,对于反偏电路在输出端产生的增量,在运算电路部分成功地进行了消除,通过仿真测试,得到了与理论计算一致的结果。
Position sensitive detector (PSD) has some unique performance advantages in comparison with other photoelectric detectors, and the linearity of duo-lateral PSD is the highest among bi--dimensional PSD, but it is difficult for duolateral PSD too put on the reverse voltage. In the light of this disadvantage, this paper designs a reversing circuit, and employing the characteristic of virtual short circuit in the two input-ports of the operational amplifier, applies the reverse voltage successfully to duo-lateral PSD, and at the same time, eliminates successfully the increment produced at the output-port at the operation part of the circuit, and through the simulating test, obtains a consistent result with the theoretic calculation.
