从中学图书馆员职称评定的现状出发,分析了其形成的复杂原因,并初步探讨了解决此问题的对策与措施。
Starting from the present situation of the evaluation of professional title of middle school librarians, analyzes the complicated reasons why such situation forms, and probes into some countermeasures for solving the problem.
