The characteristics of a horizontal continual foaming machine for flexiblepolyurethane are described. The calibration method of flow vs rotative velocity curve forindividual component feed pump, and method of determining the flow and rotativevelocity of every pump from the foaming formulation are introduced. Some cautions duringmachine operation are discussed.
