摘要
研究了时效工艺对不同Cr含量Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C合金形状记忆效应的影响,通过SEM分析了其微观组织变化。结果表明:Cr含量为12wt%的Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C合金具有与Cr含量为8wt%的合金相当的形状记忆效应。直接时效时只有少量Cr23C6析出相在晶界和晶内析出。形变后时效不仅使得析出的Cr23C6数量更多,粒径更小,而且Cr23C6的析出具有方向性。形变时效后合金的形状回复率显著高于直接时效合金的形状回复率。
Effects of strain ageing process on shape memory effect of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C alloys with different Cr content were studied, and the change of the microstructure was analyzed by means of SEM. The results show that the Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C alloy with 12% Cr posses as good shape memory effect as the alloy with 8 % Cr. After direct ageing only a few Cr23 C6 carbide particles precipitate at grain boundary and inside grains. After strain ageing lots of Cr23 C6 particles precipitate along certain directions inside grains. Under the same aging time, the amount of precipitated phases in the alloy strain aged is much larger than that in the directly aged alloy, and the size of the former is much smaller. The shape memory effect of the alloy strain aged is much better than that of the direcly aged alloy.
