本文讨论了二乙撑三胺五乙酸（ＤＴＰＡ）合成原理和制备方法，研究了反应温度、反应时间、洗水用量、洗涤次数、酸化ｐＨ值与酸种类、重结晶溶液浓度等因素对ＤＴＰＡ产率的影响。本研究探索出提高ＤＴＰＡ产率的最佳工艺参数和简单可行的实施方法。主要质量指标（产率大于７０％，纯度大于９９．
This paper has described the principle of synthesis of diethylenetriamine pentaacetie acid (DTPA)and its preparation process.And investigated the influences of reaction times and quantity of washing water、time、temperature、feeding differ in acid pH value、recrystalligation Concentration on the productivity.DTPA developed has excellent properies,and the technical specification(purity≥99.3% productivity≥70%)has reached the similar advanced product standard in the world.
