健康人血糖、血脂、年龄与中心动脉反射波增强指数相关分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨中心动脉反射波增强指数与血脂、血糖及年龄的关系。方法2007年于北京大兴区选择630名年龄≥18岁健康常住居民[三酰甘油(TG)≤1.7mmol/L,且胆固醇(TC)≤5.7mmol/L;空腹血糖(FPG)<6.1mmol/L,且口服葡萄糖耐量试验餐后2h血糖<7.8mmol/L;收缩压≤140mmHg,且舒张压≤90mmHg]进行血脂、血糖、年龄及中心动脉反射波增强指数等检查。结果多元逐步回归分析示中心动脉反射波增强指数与FPG(标准系数=0.006)、TC(标准系数=1.849)、年龄(标准系数=0.252)有一定的相关性(均P<0.01)。结论中心动脉反射波增强指数与FPG、TC、年龄相关。 AIM: To investigate the correlation of augmentation index, blood lipid, blood glucose and age. METHODS: Augmentation index, blood lipid and blood glucose were examined in 630 healthy resident subjects 〉 18 years of age [triglyceride (TG) 1.7 mmol/L and total cholesterol (TC) 5. 7 mmol/L, fasting blood glucose (FBG) 〈 6. 1 mmol/L and 2 h postglucose (PG) 〈 7.8 mmol/L, systolic blood pressure (SBP) 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) 90 mmHg] from the Daxing District, Beijing in 2007. RESULTS: Multi-element gradual regressive analysis showed that the augmentation index correlated with FBG ( typical coefficient = 0. 065 ), TC ( typical coefficient = 0. 09 ) and age ( typical coefficient = 0. 029 ) ( P = 0. 000 ). CONCLUSION : Augmentation index is correlated with blood lipid, blood glucose and age.
