摘要
国防卫生法律体系是国防卫生体系的有机组成部分,而迄今为止却尚未形成基本框架。结合国防卫生体系的任务需求和我国当前国防卫生立法领域中存在的空白之处,在原有军队卫生法的基础上,在国家宪法和相关高位法的指导下,提出完善"国防卫生法律体系"的初步设想。
The legal system for national defense health is an integral part of national defense health system, but it has not taken shape so far. In light of the practical need of the national defense health system, an initial framework of the national defense health legal system is put forward on the basis of the existing military health laws and in the spirit of the constitution and the relevant high-level national laws.
