摘要
缺陷管理是农电管理中重要的一部分,为提高农电缺陷管理水平,研究设计了一套农电缺陷管理评估系统。系统运用工作流技术对缺陷管理中的流程化业务实现闭环管理,使各部分业务间环环相扣,规范了业务流程;采用从工作流中抽取指标数据的方法对下属单位的缺陷管理水平进行评价,为市级供电公司与县级供电公司各提出一套评价指标体系。
The defect management is an important part in the rural power management. In order to improve the rural power management level of the electric power enterprises, a evaluation system of defect management is designed. The workflow technology is used to make the flowlization business realize closed loop management. A set of evaluation index systems are established and the index data are extracted from the workflow for supervising the work level of units.
