摘要
针对里底水电站枢纽泄洪底孔进口的漩涡,下游回水淹没底孔闸门支铰及枢纽的泄洪消能等问题进行了试验研究。通过在底孔进口加设消漩墙,闸室末端加设矩形宽尾墩、闸室下游渐变段局部适当收缩、消力池首部加设消力墩及在消力池的末端加设导流墩等措施;并在溢洪道闸室末端加设坎式宽尾墩,较好地解决了里底水电站泄洪消能问题。
In regards to vortexes at the flood discharge bottom outlets of Lidi hydropower project, the inundation of bottom outlet articulated joints by downstream backwater, and flood discharge and energy dissipation for the project, tests and research are made. By adding vortex suppressing wall at the intake of bottom outlet, adding rectangular flaring pier at the end of the gate chamber, properly narrowing local part of the downstream transition section of the gate chamber, providing baffle blocks at head of the stilling basin and diversion pier at the end of the stilling basin, as well as providing sill - type flaring gate pier at the end of the spillway gate chamber, the issue of flood discharge and energy dissipation for the project was well solved.
