摘要
以‘克新2号’马铃薯为试材,研究了整薯播种对马铃薯生长特性及产量、品质的影响.结果表明:采用30~50g整薯播种马铃薯,其植株的生长势强,干物质积累多,有利于马铃薯产量和品质的提高.整薯播种的平均株高、分茎数、结薯数、大薯率分别比对照(切块播种)增加了2.81%、200%、16.67和7.95%,单株地上干重和块茎干重分别比对照增加了4.65%和57.89%,收获时整薯播种产量比对照提高了29.82%,与对照间差异达到极显著水平(P〈0.01).同时,整薯播种的块茎干物质和淀粉含量均显著高于对照,但还原糖含量与对照问差异不显著.
The growth character, yield and quality were investigated under cultivation by the whole seed tuber and piece seed tuber. The result showed that the growth properties, yield and quality of tuber under the cultivation by the whole seed tuber sowing was better than the piece seed tuber. Compared with the control, the plant height and the branches of stem, the tubers quantity and the big potato ratio in-creased by 2.81 %, 200 %, 16.67 % and 7. 95 % respectively; Above-ground organs dry weight and tuber dry weight of per plant increased by 4. 65 % and 57. 89 % respectively, the yield of whole seed tuber sowing was increased by 29.82 %, the level was extremely significant between the treatment and control. The content of dry matter and starch in tuber was high significantly in the treatment than in the control, but the reducing sugar content was not significant difference.
