摘要
在不同的盐酸浓度、搅拌强度及反应时间下,对二氧化钛粉体中整体杂质及典型杂质(三氧化二铁和三氧化二锑)的去除率进行了研究.得出不同条件下,杂质去除率与反应时间的关系.反应动力学研究结果表明,浸出除杂过程为液膜扩散控制.
The dislodging rate of whole and typical impurities(Fe 2O 3,Sb 2O 3)in TiO 2 powder has been experimented with different hydrochloric acid concentration,stirring intensity,and reaction time.The relation of dislodging rate to reaction time has been obtained under different conditions.The study has showed that the leaching process is controlled by liquid film diffusing.
