摘要
各种工伤、交通事故以及其他原因所致的创伤严重的威胁着人类的健康和生活质量。各种创伤评分方法的问世对患者的救治和预后估计具有重要的指导作用。由于口腔颌面部暴露于人体表面极易受到损伤,其对咀嚼功能、外貌的破坏远远重于身体其他部位。因此在颌面创伤研究领域中建立并完善创伤评分体系是十分重要的一项任务。
Various work - related injuries, traffic accidents and other trauma cause a serious threat to human health and quality of life. The appearance of various trauma - scoring methods has an important guiding role in the treatment and estimated prognosis of patients. Because oral maxillofacial region is on the surface of the body, they are extremely easy to be injured. Their masficatory function, appearance damage is far more important than other parts of the body. Thus, to set up and improve the trauma scoring system in the field of maxillofacial trauma is a very important mission.
