摘要
从材料选型、与底漆配套性试验、磷化膜及磷化工作液检测等方面,论述了脱脂、磷化工艺在电机端罩上应用的试验过程。通过电机端罩采用脱脂、磷化标准的前处理工艺,可以显著增强电机端罩漆膜的附着力及耐腐蚀性能,且该前处理工艺简单,可操作性强,工艺范围宽,不产生有害气体及异味,劳动条件好,在电机表观处理上具有良好的应用价值。
From material selection, and the primer matching test, the work of phosphide membrane and phos- phide liquid detection degreasing, phosphating process applications in the motor-side test are discussed. Motor end cover dcgreasing, phosphating standard pre-treatment process, can significantly enhance the film adhesion and corro- sion resistance. And the pre-treatment process is simple and feasible with wide process range, good working conditions does not produce harmful and smell gas, in the apparent handling of motor,it has good application value.
