摘要
当前,社会对地质遗迹的保护、开发意识不断加强,地质公园建设方兴未艾,正是制定、规划地质公园信息管理体系的良好时机。考虑到地理、地质、电子政务等领域的建设实践,应将地质公园信息管理体系的建设纳入到"数字国土"框架中,避免部门分割造成的资源重复性投入、数据冗余的现象,实现充分的资源共享。地质公园信息化管理体系应以GIS技术为系统平台,以数据库和数据仓库为核心,遵循实用性、科学性、规范性、开放性等原则,按照软件工程的系统分析、设计思路进行。系统应基于WebGIS构建,面向包括行政管理部门、公园景区管理、社会公众等用户在内的需求,实现基于Internet网络的多源数据融合、专业分析应用、三维景观模拟等功能。
with the development of world geological parks and national geoparks, it is urgent to design the information management network of geopark. According to the practice in the field of geography, geology, and electronic government, the construction of information management network of geopark should be built under the frame of "digital land" and avoid repeating devotion of resource, the phenomena of data redundancy, and realized the common share of data. The information management network of geopark should be built on the platform of GIS, data-base and data depot as the core, and in the practical, scientific, canonical and opening principles, and in the idea of analyzing the software engineering and designing idea. The system should be on WebGIS, to meet the need of administration department, and public to realize the function multi-source data fusion,the appliance of specialty analyses,and 3D Landscape Simulation of Land Reclamation based on Internet.
