摘要
通过天津站交通枢纽工程盖挖逆作段中间钢管立柱及桩基的施工实例,针对立柱桩的设计特点,采取旋挖钻成孔,钢管立柱底端与基础桩顶部安装自动定位器定位,钢套管护壁及为回收钢套管而采用内外法兰连接等措施,成功解决了桩与柱变径节点、钢管立柱定位与垂直度调直、护壁钢套管的设计与起拔回收等技术难题。
The steel-pipe post and pile foundation in segment of cover-excavation reverse operation, transportation hub engineering of Tianjing station are analyzed as a case study, according to the design features of post pile, the author adopts several measures,including rotary drilling bore,installing the automatic positioner at the bottom of steel column and the top of foundction pile, steel sleeve wall proteetion, internal and external flange connection, and finally succeeds in solving several technological difficulties, including variable diameter joint of pile and column, steel column positioning and verticality straightening, as well as design and recycling of steel sleeve wall protection.
