摘要
根据人类wnt9a基因的序列,设计检测引物,RT-PCR结果表明wnt9a在人类乳腺癌MCF-7细胞中表达.为进一步验证其正确性,为wnt9a的进一步研究打下基础,设计和合成原位杂交探针,原位杂交实验结果表明人类wnt9a基因在人类乳腺癌MCF-7细胞中表达.本研究为进一步研究wnt9a在乳腺癌发生和防治中的作用奠定了一定基础.
According to human wnt9a gene sequences, detection primers of human wnt9a were designed, RT-PCR resultsshowed that wnt9a gene express in human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. In order to further verify its accuracy, the probes of in situ hybridization were designed and synthesized. The experimental results of in situ hybridization showed that human wnt9a gene was tested in human breast cancer MCF-7 cells. All this lay a certain foundation for further study on the function ofwnt9a.
