摘要
考察中俄关系的一个重要维度是两国战略契合点的多少,它决定着两国关系的可协调性程度及其未来走向。中俄关系在第二个十年关键期实现全面提升的首要工作是协调两国的国家发展战略。中俄两国相当长一段时期共同的国家任务是通过战略性结构调整来发展知识信息经济和构建创新型国家。我们要在抓住谋求发展这个共同战略的基础上,认识到中俄关系可协调性是两国关系的主流,从而实现双方的优势互补和协调发展,为世界和平与发展做出应有贡献。中俄关系的可协调性是科学发展、和谐发展、和平发展在外交上的必然反映。
One important dimension to investigate Sino-Russian relationship is to see how much the two countries＇ strategies are similar to each other, which will determine the coordination of the two countries＇ relationship and the future development. The key work for the two countries in the second decade of their relationship is to develop information economy and construct an innovative country by adjusting the strategic structure. The two countries, based on mutual development, should realize that the coordination of the two countries＇ relationship is the mainstream and therefore make contributions to world peace and development by helping each other. The coordination of Sino-Russian relationship is a reflection of scientific development, harmonious development and peaceful development.
