分析了汽车门窗内水切密封条的结构及其切口的成型工艺特点,详细介绍了冲切汽车密封条切口的切口模整体结构和设计要点,模具可靠性好,成型稳定,为汽车密封条类零件的切口模设计提供了一定的参考。
The structure of the interior belt line moulding weatherstrip for automotive doors and the technological characteristics in the forming process of the lancing was analyzed. The general structure of the lancing die for weatherstrips and the key design points were introduced in detail. The lancing die had good use reliability and the stability in the forming process, it provided a certain reference for the lancing die design of the weatherstrip.
