摘要
分析了钢塑共挤模具的结构,并在PROE中进行了三维建模。对其中的关键零部件——稳流过渡段进行了建模,导入CAXA制造工程师进行了图形交互式编程和仿真,生成了数控代码,试切效果良好,解决了钢塑共挤模具关键零部件的加工制造难题。
The structure of co-extrusion die of polymer with metal insert was anslysized and the 3D modle of the die was established. The main part of the die was modeling and the CAD/CAM programming was carried out after the mian part was leading in the CAXA manufacturing engineer. The NC file was finished and the effect of trial cut was fine. The difficulty of the main part of co-extrusion die of polymer with metal insert was solved.
