摘要
科学发展观是在邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想基础上提出来的,是马克思主义中国化的最新成果,是中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。它回答了什么是发展,如何发展的重大理论与现实问题。它的重大意义就在于深化了对三个重要规律的认识:共产党执政规律;社会主义建设规律;人类社会发展规律。
The scientific concept of development was put forward on the basis of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of ＂Three Represents＂. It is the latest achievement in the localization of Marxism and an essential part of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It answers the important theoretical and practical questions as ＂What is development？＂ and ＂How to develop？＂ Its significance lies in deepening the understanding of the three major laws： the law of Communist Party Goveming, the law of Socialist Construction and the law of Development of Human society.
