摘要
大学生"村官"政策的实施既是市场经济与高等教育大众化的必然选择,也是工业反哺农业、城市支持农村的必然要求。在新农村建设背景下,一方面应加大政策支持力度,鼓励大学生扎根农村,加大对大学生"村官"的财力支持,另一方面大学生要努力提高建设社会主义新农村的创新能力,多方形成合力,才能为大学生"村官"政策的顺利实施和可持续发展创造有利条件。
The policy of college graduates working as village leaders is a result of the development of market economy, popularization of higher education and the mutual development of agriculture and industry, large cities and the countryside. In the context of the construction of the new socialist countryside, we should make favorable policies to encourage them and financially support them to work in the countryside; meanwhile, we should improve our innovative ability in constructing the new socialist countryside so that the policy can be carried out smoothly and sustainably.
