摘要
通过采用主成分分析方法,构建城市竞争力评价指标体系对商丘市城市竞争力进行定量评价和分析.得出目前商丘市存在经济总量规模不大,产业结构不够合理;基础设施不够完善,科技文化发展相对滞后;经济外向程度低等问题;并就如何提升商丘市城市竞争力,提出了应进一步加快产业结构调整,提升经济发展的综合竞争力;强化城市基础建设;加强城市文化建设,提升城市文化竞争力;进一步加大对外开放力度,提高经济的外向度水平;改善城市环境质量,为城市经济发展提供良好支撑的政策建议.
To study the competitiveness of Shangqiu by constructing the system of urban competitiveness evaluation, using principal component analysis. Conclusions that there exist a small economy amount of Shangqiu, the industrial structure is not reasonable, infrastructure, urban construction weak, science and technology, culture develop relatively slowly, The extent of the role of government is not strong, the effects of economic is low and so on, and give suggestions that how to improve the competitiveness of Shangqiu;To further speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, enhance the economic development of the comprehensive competitiveness; Strengthen the urban infrastructure construction, to improve the management level ; Strengthen the building of urban culture to enhance the competitiveness of urban culture; To further increase opening - up, improving the level of economic policy; Ⅰ mprove the quality of urban environment to provide a good support for urban economic development.
