摘要
基于可持续发展理论,选取33项指标建立了河南省可持续发展评价指标体系.提出了用主成分分析法评价可持续发展系统综合能力的方法.笔者把研究对象划分为经济、资源环境、社会和教育科技4个子系统,采用社会科学统计软件SPSS(11.5)进行主成分分析,得出各子系统可持续发展能力,以4个子系统得分为4个变量,用主成分分析法进行综合评价,得出河南省可持续发展能力评价结果.
33 indicators were chosen as the sustainable development evaluation system of Henan Province based on the theory of sustainable development. Bringing up the Principal Component Analysis Method as the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development . The author divided the whole project into four sub - systems ：the economy, the resources, the social environment , the education and technology. Then the author used the SPSS （statistics package for social science） （11.5） software to calculate the capability of sustainable development of the four sub - systems, each as a variable, and then made a comprehensive evaluation. So as to have the conclusion of the capability of sustainable development.
