摘要
目前无人值守变电站遥视系统已得到了广泛的应用,根据无人值守变电站要求,将运动检测应用到变电站遥视系统申,实现对变电站防火、防盗的自动检测。运用图像处理技术,采用背景减除法对无入值守变电站内的固定场景进行实时检测,当固定场幂中发生异常现象时,系统将自动检测、识别出来,并给出报警信号。采用Windows XP操作系统和VC++试验平台进行实验,结果表明,此运动检测方法计算简单,实时效果较好。
At present, the remote vision system of an unattended operation substation has been widely used. According to the requirements of an unattended operation substation, the motion detection is used in remote viewing monitoring system of the substation, thus realizing the automatic detection of the fires and the steals in the substation. By employing image processing technology and the background subtractive method, the fixed scenes of an unattended operation substation can be detected real-timely. When the fixed scenes are abnormal, the system will detect and identify them automatically and give the alarm signal. Apllying Windows-XP operation system and the VC + + test platform to implement the experiments. The results show that the motion detection method is of simple calculation, and the real-time effect is desirable.
