摘要
近年来,流数据挖掘成为数据挖掘的一个热点。流数据挖掘的研究工作包括多个方向,其中频繁模式挖掘因其在检测网络异常、点击流分析和传感器网络等方面的广泛应用成为一个重要方面。本文介绍了流数据频繁模式挖掘的概念和相关知识。重点描述了频繁模式挖掘的处理模型和算法。其中算法的介绍分为两部分,第一部分介绍的算法的分类,第二部分对具体算法作分析。最后,本文对频繁模式挖掘中的一些相关问题进行了探讨。
Recently, stream data mining has been a hot topic in data mining. The research work of mining stream data includes multiple directions and mining frequent patterns has been one of the most important aspects due to its widespread application in network exception detection, click - stream analysis and sensor network, etc. This paper introduces the concepts and relevant knowledge of mining frequent patterns in data streams and focuses on the processing model and algorithms it uses. The introduction of algorithms is divided into two parts. The first part describes the classification of the algorithms and the other one gives detail analysis for specific algorithm. Finally, several issues about mining frequent patterns are discussed.
