摘要
以清康熙"立储"为例,对"家天下"的皇位继承过程中皇帝、太子、诸王子和文武大臣等各个利益主体,为争取各自利益而进行的权力博弈进行了分析,并指出了这种权力博弈对当代权力交接及干部的选拔与任用的借鉴意义。
The paper analyzes how the emperor, the crown prince, the various princes and civil and military ministers, each representing a different interest group, scrambled for imperial power with the emperor Kanghsi＇ s designating heir to the throne as an example and then points out that this struggle for power is what we can make use of for references in modem time.
