摘要
在对宁夏枸杞果肉、果皮渣及枸杞籽进行营养成分分析的同时,阐述了枸杞叶茶加工工艺、枸杞汁制备工艺、枸杞果肉、果皮渣中主要活性物质的临床医学研究,以及枸杞籽应用途径。
Fruit pulp, peel residue and boxthorn seed oil of ningxia wo illustrated the processing technology of chinese wolfberry leaves tea, fruit, peel residue of the main active substance of clinical research and lfberry were analysed in the paper.
