摘要
通过测量光伏型锑化铟探测器在不同功率密度的连续波氧碘激光辐照下性能的变化,得到其破坏阈值范围为26(0.89s)~113(1.4s)W/cm2。理论上用一维热模型计算了探测器在激光辐照过程中温升和输出信号的变化过程,对实验结果进行了分析。
The performance change of PV InSb detector illuminated by CW COIL with different power density was measured.The damage threshold range of the detector was achieved to be 26(0 89s)~113(1 4s)W/cm 2.The temperautre rise and output signal of PV InSb detector illuminated by CW laser were calculated with one dimensional thermal model and the experimental result was analyzed.
