摘要
针对大港油田王官屯地区原油的特点,采用复配方法研制了由3种破乳剂组成的水溶性复合型破乳剂DGF03A,在王官屯大站现场试验中用于原油热化学破乳脱水,使净化油含水和脱出污水含油都达到了指标要求,并节省了药剂费用。
he crude oils treated in Wanguantun Main Dehudrating Station contain 29% wax and 18% resins/asphaltenes and is of high pour point and high viscosity. To replace the unsatisfactory demulsifier used (HD961), a novel, tricomponent demulsifier, DGF03A, is developed. DGF03A is composed of an oleophilic triblock polyether of AP type, AP212, a hydrophilic diblock polyether of AE type, AE331, and a polyether demulsifier with high watercleaning capacity, SP169, in ratios of 1∶2∶0.4. With DGF03A, the dehydration of crude oils in Wangguantun performs very well and both the water content in purified crude and the oil content in separated produced water meet the standard requirements.
