摘要 利用高压水射流技术,对炮眼和近井地层进行直接深穿透处理。目的处理油水井污染堵塞。结果高压水射流深穿透解堵,能同时产生低频旋转水力波、高频自激振荡射流冲击波、空化噪声超声波三种物理作用,并同时作用于油层,达到对整个生产层段的完全处理。其解堵有效率达90%以上,平均单井增油20%~50%,有效期90d以上。结论该技术可大大提高处理深度和处理效果,而且施工简单,能量集中,是稠油和低渗透油田增产、增效的一种新技术。 MethodDirect deep penetration treatment is conducted in shot hole and the formation close to the well by way of high pressure water ejection technique.PurposeTo deal with oil and water well contamination and plugging.ResultThree physical reaction can be derived simultaneously by high pressure ejection. They are low frequency rotating hydraulic wave, high frequency selfinduced vibration ejection impact wave and cavitation noise super sonic wave. They can deal with the treatment of the producing interval thoroughly. The efficiency is over 90%. Single well incremental oil can be 20%-50% of the original. It is good for 90 days.ConclusionThis technique can conduct deeper treatment and improve the effect. It has the advantage of simple operation and concentrated energy distribution. It has proved to be a novel technique for stimulation of heavy oil and low permeability oil fields.
