摘要
认为构建内部市场化精益管理体系在新建矿井人力资源、组织机构、管理基础、成本费用等方面都有必要性。该体系主要内容包括材料、设备、管理标准化、网络结算和现场精益管理体系。给出了构建过程中要注意5个方面的问题。
According to this paper, it is of importance to implement internal market-oriented elaborate management system to cover human resources, organizational structure, managemerial basis, cost management in newly constructed coal mines. This system is mainly regarding the management system for materials, equipment, management standards, on-line settlement and on-the-spot management system. Besides, this paper also indicates five points that call for careful attention during the course of the said implementation.
